New to Church
Welcome to Calvary! Whether this is your first time at Calvary Crossroads , or you have been here before, we want to make it clear to you that you are welcome and you are loved!


Atmosphere: At Calvary Crossroads, you will experience friendly people, acoustic style worship music, and a relevant messages, in a comfortable environment. We want to make you feel as welcome as possible.


A Typical Service: Services begin with prayer and a greeting, then a time of worship songs. An offering is then received. (As a visitor you will not be asked or expected to give an offering. You are our guest!) After another song or two, Pastor John (or a guest speaker) will give a message designed to help you apply biblical principles to everyday life. This message will be about 45-50 minutes in length. At the end of the message there will be a closing song. You are welcome to talk to or pray with one of our pastors or staff after the service.


How to Dress: We invite you to dress casually and comfortably. You’ll fit right in. After all, the Bible tells us that God is more concerned with our hearts than He is with how we dress or look (1 Samuel 16:7).


What Calvary Believes: At Calvary Crossroads, our mission statement is “Loving God's people, Teaching God's Word, Worshiping His Presence.” We are committed to bringing people into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, assisting them to maturity in the Christian faith, and equipping all believers to share the gospel message with as many as will listen. Logistics: As a first time visitor, you are sure to have questions, such as: Where do I park?  We are located at 1771 Vineyard Dr. of of East 18th Street.  All street parking is permitted on Sunday.  Parking is also available in front of the church building. What is available for my children?  We offer Children’s Church for infant through 6th grade.  Junior High 7th & 8th and High School students are encouraged to enjoy the service with the adults. What if I have a special need?  Please contact us at 925 778-2011 or [email protected]
